  • Shipping Times?

    Shipping timelines indicated below, are approximate. This does not include weekends, holidays or any unforeseeable delays with the courier (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

  • Shipping Fees?

    Orders over $100 USD ship free in the US. The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

  • International Duties Paid?

    Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. No duties and taxes reimbursements.

Returns & Refunds

Shipping

All orders are packed and proceeded myself in 1-3 business days from Ohio. Parcels are shipped with a tracking number via USPS or UPS. Please check your tracking number for delivery updates.

International: 5-14 business days
